The 3rd & 4th-Year Studio Art Portfolio Prizes

Awarded to outstanding 3rd & 4th-year Grinnell College Studio Art Majors.

Application Deadline: Friday, April 2nd, 2021

Awards will be announced during the BAX Opening, 4/23/21, in the Grinnell College Museum of Art.

Current 3rd and 4th-year Studio Art majors should email applications to smithgallery@grinnell.edu in the following form:

A single PDF DOCUMENT that includes the following.

• 8-10 images of work. The total PDF file size should be no larger than 5MB so compress images appropriately. Label each image with Title, Size, Medium, and Date. Video, sound, or other media should be submitted in a form that is easily accessible and small in size. Links to Vimeo, YouTube, etc. are permissible.

• Artist Statement: Include a brief statement about your work. (One typed page maximum).

PowerPoint presentations (saved as PDF) OR Word documents (saved as PDF) are recommended for building the PDF DOCUMENT.

Late submissions will not be considered.
